Paramount Family Medicine and Paul E. Cox MD, MS  offers the following Services: Preventive health care with yearly comprehensive physical exams for men and women of all ages with an emphasis on complete laboratory evaluation and screening for heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol , kidney disease and common STD's. We also offer effective prevention and treatment for the most common issues affecting Americans today: Diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure.  Early diagnosis of pre-diabetes (dysmetabolic syndrome) with aggressive treament to prevent the development of diabetes. Treatment of diabetes and its complications Screening and management of peripheral neuropathy (burning and stinging in feet and legs due to high sugar levels, vitamin defeciency or other neurological diseases) Screening and treatment of peripheral vascular disease due to high blood sugar levels, high cholesterol,  and smoking Diagnosis and treatment of the causes of low back pain including expert on site physical therapy Diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disorders. Pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplementation including vitamins, anti-oxidants and fish oil. Diagnosis and treatment of common acute illnesses: respiratory infections, sinusitis, allergies, urinary tract infections, STD screening and treatment. Botox treatment for migraines We also offer cosmetic services including botox for facial lines, Juvederm and restalyne for facial lines and lip augmentation, and sculptra for the treatment of HIV related lipoatrophy and for aesthetic facial revolumization.
